I'm wondering if since you are not technically calling someone when you use an RVM if people are loopholing there way into having a larger viable call list and just including DNC numbers. 

Some people seemed irritated by how much customization they had do to the CRM to fit into real estate use cases.If there was the perfect real estate CRM, how do you think it would look like?

With rates as they currently are, I'm looking for every angle to get the lowest rate possible, and from what I understand, credit unions can offer rates slightly lower than traditional banks.

We were told about the prepayment penalty...now I do have a general understanding of what the prepayment penalty is...are there any lenders that offer these types of loans without the penalty?
