@ cati@Catie Fihn simplest solution, increase rents to justify the utility amounts... alot easier to have tenants pay 1 monthly payment vs having to reimburse different bills. just my experience..

The judge allowed the tenant to pay $250 monthly payments until the $3,500 in back rent is paid up.Mario from Bridgehouse has verbally agreed to schedule & pay for the contractors to go in an repair our damaged home once the tenant moves out on Sept 15.

I also have the option of a purchase mortgage with a pledge of the down payment from investments but don’t have to actually put the money down, vs a conventional.
