Most of the time, a DSCR loan won't show on your credit, but it will certainly show up on your tax returns. 

I know this as I am paying the draws and getting inspections to proof it up..

While mortgage+ taxes may be similar to rent, you are not paying down the principal early on in the mortgage and closing costs on either end are likely to add up. 

Now you need to figure out how to find deals and pay for them.

Using your numbers, if you did one a year let's just say, instead of net income of 85k after turning it over to a PM, you'd have net income of about 160k but only paying tax on 85k of it.
