Mentally, how do you prepare should rates rise and rents don't rise correspondingly?

Me mentality.

My thoughts is that it would help any mental blocks I would have when the time comes to purchase as well as give me a greater perspective when I start analyzing properties.

While you are doing your research live frugally and save up your money such that when you are mentally ready to make a decision, that you have the assets to be able to pull the trigger.If done PROPERLY, owning real estate is the most proven path towards obtaining long term financial success.

I lucked out on the first go, but not everyone will.This is just my mentality on it.

I just listened to a podcast and the guest lived in Canada ubut learned how to make money in the US and now invests fairly well in Florida because real estate in the US is more friendly than it is in Canada.If you think I maybe able to help you mentally please contact me through BP at any time because I am on it everyday.  

A part of the building is going through a renovation and that triggered some old mental health issues with a member of my family.

This may be an easy answer that I'm already aware of, but right now I'm a bit mentally exhausted and would love some help thinking.My question is, if I purchase all six condos for one price, would I then be able to refinance each condo individually or would I have to refinance all six into one loan?

You have got to be the 100th RE investor I've spoken to that advised finding a good contractor is easier said than done, so I am mentally preparing myself for more ups and downs.
