Hi guys, Would any one know a good remodeling designer, that can measure a sitting building accurately, provide CAD design?

It's not clear from the original post if it's a SFR or multi, nor what lease provisions are in place regarding landscaping.I have multi's where I am responsible for landscaping or designate a tenant to handle garbage and landscaping, but with a rent concession.

However, 66 percent of the condos are designated for section 8 housing.
