We've learned to seek out markets with steady or growing demand and a housing supply that is not quite keeping up. 

You can easily do this on a spreadsheet, and it will take less time to track than finding and learning new software.

Right now, I am really putting my nose to the grind and learning as much as I can, but fully intend to take action later this year.
