My newest project is a major rehab but it has an amazing lake view, is in a great area and is less than a mile to the regional hospital (I get a lot of interest from traveling nurses) to help fill the off season.

Provo City does require you to get a rental business license and since you live further than 60 miles away you need to hire a property management company.I highly suggest opening up your search to all of Utah and Salt Lake Counties as a minimum.

People will overlook a smaller kitchen if you are on a lake or have mountain views for example.Can you create an atmosphere where people can have fun and make memories in a given property?

(Like stay in bed the whole day and read a book or watch movies).Of course my family helps me, but I am just mentally tired, I think.I want to go into my childhood when my main job was to go swim at the local lake and clean the house on Saturdays..How do you guys balance your life?
