It's funny how it didn't even cross our mind that Madison Storage was a similar name. 

Not sure on your area, but I started with rocks and dirt and ended up with a very nice green yard in less than a month.

I live in Brewers Hill(basically where Canton Crossing is) 36 Townhomes are being built across the street from me, a 300 unit multiplex across from Canton Crossing called The National just broke ground(1 bd rents will start in the $2200 dollar range), a Nordstrom Rack is being built at Canton Crossing, another 200 unit on Haven street is being built about a 1/4 of a mile away from the National, oh and lets not forget the 2000 unit complex under review right next to O'Donell Heights again all in the same area.

I’d rather be done with people like that and move on than wait around crossing my fingers that my property isn’t getting trashed

It obviously will depend on your entire application (credit score, D:I ratio, etc) but let's just say you're pretty green across the board.Also, do you recommend trying to find a local credit union (hard to find one that will do a HELOC on an investment prop based on my several attempts) or going to a public bank?

Call me crazy (as some already have) but I wish to instill my perspective and the vision that I have planned for my future on those who happen to cross this post.

Greenville isn’t a great area but those few blocks once you cross the the Bayonne border are actually pretty solid and haven’t had the explosive price growth the other parts of the city have seen.

Spent 5k and just had an offer that will put me in the green offer is 40k higher than what PM and rea said I would get.
