I have a civil engineering degree, and it takes a certain kind of answer to satisfy my mind.

I went to college too, which is not mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

When I was 17 I move out out my parents house and into an apartment with quite a few people, around 8 to be specific and of course with that degree of people many mistakes were made, but as I have learned one of the most important things of a mistake is the lesson, after that I moved into a small house for around 1000 a month after half a year of that building debt I started looking into investing in real estate a bit more, ended up having a low income company (tri-lakes cares) help me put a down payment on a mobile home, after a year I had it payed off and changed jobs a few times when I ended at CAH I have gotten a bit more serious in investing in real estate.

We have all kinds of investors with varying degrees of experirence that would be more than happy to help you along your journey.

@nat chan  From reading your posts, it does seem that you have an inordinate amount of difficulties with your projects and I think that's what some people are responding to (with varying degrees of kindness).  

Right before I moved to Fort Collins, I graduated with an M.S. degree in wildlife biology and conservation.

Although I did not want to waste all those years in school and money spent so I started working and got paid as what my degree entitled me too. 

I also have a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Wright State University.

It was also impossible to fit a couch through the door because the hallway turned 90 degrees as soon as you walked through the door, whoever designed that in a brand new building should be fired. 

It does become, to at least some degree, a "primary residence."
