They are dropping lanes and doing a lot of street front improvement in Foster Powell.

You may not be in inner, inner Portland at the $250-350k price point, but you could definitely find a cool little duplex for that amount in some of the up and coming areas like Foster Powell, Lents, St Johns, Gateway, etc and cut down on your overall cost of living.

The non-local CPAs make great use of today's technology to collaborate effectively.
