Both the two units I refer to are single residence size but the one that failed was a large single resident size (it supposedly could handle filling 4 baths at the same time and I never experienced it underpowered).

Roofing guy will just say,, yup it's from a ice dam.. so get the snow removed then call the roof guy. the roof guy will probably put down some leak stop first until weather warms up for repair.. whatever you can do to get the water that's melting away from that spot is best.. we've taken panty hose filled it with rock salt and laid it out in a line so the salt will melt a trail to the downspouts.. so the water will drain.

I've been monitoring the jobs list for the past three months and never have i seen a position open up in Colorado, and if it did i would imagine it would be filled by an employee with higher seniority. but i will defiantly look and see if Amtrak has any relocation experts.
