Does it matter that a property management company is doing this for the first few months? 

We get solicited by influences all the time trying to stay at our places for free in exchange for a shout out.No thanks.Maybe an influencer can get me to buy a widget but their biased opinion will not influence my decision of where I stay on vacation.

Never bought a home before and want to use the advantages of that to buy my first property that can hopefully generate cash flow.

most of what I saw is not even the 1% rule, maybe 0.5%, that's what bring me to ask in the first place :)

i’ve heard a lot about this method . the thing i’m confused about is how would i convince a lender to give me their money.. like if it’s my first time, will they just trust me?

I've done this before but this is the 1st time where I have an on market & the agent & my buyer are the only ones that are going to be at the property together.
