I’m writing because of a unique circumstance and I’m hoping to solicit some advice from more experienced folks on how to best deal with it.Recently, within a three month period, both of my parents died of cancer.

Since you are a property manager , you probably know the area best and already have the answer to that.Otherwise find out what the demand is for the park by running some test ads.I’d find out about the area first before I look at theboark but that’s just me.Sadly I’m not experienced enough to give a more clear answer on whether you should move forward but hoping someone else chimes in and I wish you the best.

@Howard C You need to get around some experienced investors, attorney, mentors STAT.

This is generally speaking- you can always find a golden unicorn,  but depends on how hard you want to look and how much you want to compete and you will be fighting very experienced buyers in Austin, w/lots of bidding wars.  

For someone new the number of opportunities would seem to likely be fewer than the more experienced and active investors.  

I have also changed to a more experienced realtor and spoke with multiple lenders to have a good understanding of the numbers I will be paying.

I am looking for recommendations for experienced property managers in FL or NH to interview?

I’m kind of experiencing some information overload.
