I am excited about this as an option because I know paying into some equity on a home that I own is way better than just renting.

Whenever, I travel I I always bring back a dirty load of clothes.

I will be traveling to view the property next month and I'm in need of local contacts for property management (cleaning & laundry) and maintenance for the MEP systems.

I have a 3.5 acre commercial lot in a rural part of NY with access right off a heavily traveled main road.

The couple I mentioned said they'd occasionally get a traveling nurse or similar profession for a 2 month stay or something. 

Patiently waiting and educating myself for the past year+, while saving capital to invest, I feel ready to get started in this new exciting adventure!

It's actually a very comfortable home, and we are excited to move on and get it rented out, as soon as we find another that we can move into.
