Don't think I ever added my opining here, but this map seems pretty spot on for the area I live in and know. 

Folks in RE are generally nice helpful, hustling to change their lives for the better. 

I would assume yes, because everyone I've ever met loved it haha. 

Not sure how often this ever gets brought up but its a random law in the city. 

Or you have Toyota reseller dealership and also Tesla which doesnot have reseller concept.- I think by the time, its new business model would be tested by market and new winner would be elected.It's all interesting and good for customer LOL

Hey guys What do you think in general for STR in both of this cities I came back from Miami and what ever going on there it’s crazy , I also like Austin area alot but I know more regulation for STR there , in general I think the rental market in Austin it’s not good Median rent is 2-3.3K and house pricing is 400-700K  so it doesn’t worth for long term investment and cashflow , maybe only for appreciation.

While I understand the concepts nothing beats seeing these deals in action.I would be grateful for the opportunity and am happy to offer my assistance in conducting research, organizing materials, or handling administrative tasks in return.
