Finding properties that are ready to go, or need some love and rehab?

I, for one, would absolutely love to continue this conversation with all of you guys via our peer group email, preferably after the tax deadline.With clients, each of us would surely advise case-by-case.

Would love to talk to anyone else investing in SA to see what they are into.  

There are some large FB groups for Indy and the suburbs, I would check them out and they will lead you to the in person REIAI will check them out, would love to get more involved with those groups! 

If so you would want to come to an understanding on who maintains the "improvements" and get that in writing. would love to see some developers jump in on what their experience is. 

I'd sell it especially as it has a large lot and a pool (while some tenants love the space and pool, many are not prepared to take care of it). 

We would love to hear any success stories!
