Jay Hinrichs Missouri title companies do not recognize land trust as legal documents

Hey all you land trust junkies I just got an e mail from a title company in MO that closed a deal a few years ago and the buyer put it in a land trust they are trying to sell .. but the title company wont insure it as they claim land trust are not legal entities in MO.so title needs me to do a new deed to clean up title which of course we will do.. but just think if the sellers in other situations were not in the bizz like us and would not understand or respond or you cant find them all those land trust are dead in the water currently.

In my real Estate brokerages I have owned 90% women  in lending lots of women loan officers and of course support staff is mainly women.. at The title companies I work with their is maybe one male and 10 to 20 females all the senior escrow officers are women.the only time i see men in the escrow side of things is back east in states that use attorneys to close deals and those are generally all men.. as in the attorney that owns the practice is male and his staff is generally female  Not all but majority of the companies I have closed with back east are like this,
