Hey all you land trust junkies I just got an e mail from a title company in MO that closed a deal a few years ago and the buyer put it in a land trust they are trying to sell .. but the title company wont insure it as they claim land trust are not legal entities in MO.so title needs me to do a new deed to clean up title which of course we will do.. but just think if the sellers in other situations were not in the bizz like us and would not understand or respond or you cant find them all those land trust are dead in the water currently.  

In my real Estate brokerages I have owned 90% women  in lending lots of women loan officers and of course support staff is mainly women.. at The title companies I work with their is maybe one male and 10 to 20 females all the senior escrow officers are women.the only time i see men in the escrow side of things is back east in states that use attorneys to close deals and those are generally all men.. as in the attorney that owns the practice is male and his staff is generally female  Not all but majority of the companies I have closed with back east are like this,

Hey everyone,As someone actively involved in funding real estate deals across various states, I’m always interested in hearing how other investors are securing their financing.

 ( I own a home remodeling company)We are getting to the point of being maxed out financially and will need to restructure the deal somehow.  

They are some of the more sought after homes, and it can be tough to get a good deal if you aren't well positioned.

The two main vehicles there are DSTs (mentioned above) or using a Tenant In Common deal that may have better returns and liquidity.

Live in the Cleveland, OH Area, but, I go wherever the deal takes me.
