I do plan on keeping my primary for at least 2 or 3 more years and I should be able to get around 130k HELOC on that and maybe I can get an additional BLOC a couple years down the road to help get me to 2 deals at once in a shorter time frame.

Couple things you can do:1) Network with as many wholesalers and real estate agents to start building your pipeline of deals.2) Can you send out letters, cold call, door knock, etc to find deals?

I did something similar and my preference was to actually view properties so that I could get a feel for the community and area, which isn't really something you can gauge just from photos alone.
