HOA members generally can always change the covenants, according to the process, to meet their current needs as long as it doesn't violate state law.

-Do you have a deep understanding of construction terminology, processes, standards?

Those would be allowed in LA and Playa and increase your rental earnings over a LTR. 

Depending how much you earn you can step up those savings by getting a side-hustle in any part of real estate....working for a top Real Estate office on weeknights and weekends, working for an RE Investor, working for a General Contractor and learning a few skills, etc.

Negatives: 1) First time sign up process could be cumbersome 2) Claim processing is temperamental they process claims within a few days but recently they have been taking very long like 3-4 weeks 3) Not all renters get approved and Rhino does not provide a reason for denial.
