The novelty factor of the tree hugging drifter life style is short lived and defiantly not something I would ever want to see in my neighbours back yard.Maybe outside the city limits but those already exist, they are called Manufactured Home Communities.

It came with an active private airport that we had to decommission because the insurance costs were higher than the rental income.Airstrip is 2000 ft long and the lot is 500 feet long.I was interested in developing a community of "cottage" style apartments on this lot.

The license is coming back into style but I'm still pondering the mingling of the mayonnaise n marshmallows...lol

I'm not sure how to describe the complex they're in, as they are townhouses in an apartment-style area.

Lakeland-Winter Haven area has many warehouse style jobs and is in a great location on I4.  

That is where retailers struggled the last 10 years figuring out how to make all the pieces work properly.90% of almost all retail closures last year where clothing and furniture  store related.

Is there a process for building 4plex townhome style property, renting out for however long and then dividing the units to sell individually?

I suppose since you're physically living there you can monitor this a little bit, but the cost/time/effort it will take to repair your broken laundry machines and worry about strangers being invited into your building to wash their clothes versus the amount of money you'll make on it is, in my opinion, not worth it.

I START FREAKING OUT (assuming they were bed bugs)So my dad tells me to get out of my car and take off all of my clothes and ditch them, instead I found the nearest Appartement complex and dived head first into the pool with a 3 piece suit on 😂I'm currently drying up, & have concluded that they were fleas not bed bugs *Sigh of relief* This is the stuff the gurus don't tell you about, but I'm enjoying every minute of this ride😂 Questions: •I'm still deciding weather or not, I should wholesale this deal or buy it & rent it out.
