However he does have 600 a month garnished from his wages due to child support.  

My first child is due on the 16th of this month, so I doubt I will be able to make the September meeting, but please keep me posted!

I don't know what to say other than the obvious - fraud can only apply to something that has actually occurred as even a child knows.

As for delaying the UD, that's child play.  

Someone gets a partner, friend, child, parent etc. living with them and there is no room.

You know, a house is a coutable asset, and Medicaid would require that it be used when a spouse or an adult child is no longer living there.
