I had a brand new 2010 Kenmore wall oven in one of my units that broke down in less than 5 years.

That being said, there are tons of ways to build your personal brand and set yourself apart from those big companies. 

I was thinking of doing research for properties similar to the ones he has developed. find out the population facts in that area and then suggest a development that might work well in that land. i even know how to use auto cad and 3ds max, i was going to make a rendering of the development i had in my mind, even a branding identity for the development because I'm also really good at branding, i used to free lance. 

So, if someone moved in and there were brand new carpets, and they moved out after three years and left the carpets trashed, it would be my problem.

If you don't want to carry a firearm, I'd suggest pepper spray at the least, or better yet a Taser Brand C2 Taser if they're legal in your state.
