Hello everyone,How do I get a property in foreclosures to live in?

Hi M,I've been living in Dallas for 6+ months now and am yet to connect with any real estate folks.Maybe I'm snobby and thought folks would just cold reach out to me wanting to connect.But I guess not and it is up to me to hustle others to meet and network.Ahhhh, those where the good old days when I use to hustle others for a meeting... lolI guess I'll just keep all of the knowledge of flipping over 1,000 properties and currently managing over 400+ SFH all for myself lolJokes 😁

I am currently living in Oregon but will be relocating as soon as i can to Tennessee and starting an LLC. if anyone has a great roadmap, that would be extremely welcomed.

In addition, I manage a 600MM book of business at one of the top 4 firms. 

We moved to Florida a year later and rented out the house fully furnished from July-December to a family who just needed a short term place to live.

I recommend using your cash to purchase a 4 plex and live in one unit.

I go in and renovate all my properties to make sure it looks nice and is someplace I would want to live.

Maybe I’m reading this wrong but after reading several articles it’s my understanding that normally when a civilian assumes a VA mortgage the “VA entitlement” will remain with the seller meaning purchasing power in the future will be less since it’s still tied into the current loan and the 1 year occupancy is foregone since the seller has lived in it over a year.
