What does it mean when you look up a property on the appraisal site and it's says under property type: Mineral Interest?

I am brand new to this site and to Real Estate investing in general and I'm hitting the ground running.

This is a great resource to learn, network and share ideas.

These lists, if you're interested in trying them, are:- 75-100% equity with owners over 50 years old- tax delinquent- code violation...particularly overgrown or junky, multiple/long standing issues (this is a time/energy intensive list for me, hopefully your city's site is more user friendly)- recent arrests (sent out Wednesday, believe it or not I've already gotten a call back)Good luck!

Zillow and other sites will have some too of varying quality.Municipal governments may have properties tagged as rentals or owner-occupied if they conduct regular inspections, but that is inconsistent in Pennsylvania.  

There are a lot of resources on this site that I do hope you will use.
