Even realtors will vary. 

I want to build something that my children can be a part of as they get older and can be passed down to them.I am interested in networking with local realtors, lenders, contractors, attorneys, property managers and anyone else who can help me build a successful real estate business and in turn I help them as well.Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I know them personally and am using them as a realtor in a deal I am working on. 

I'll pay closing (no realtors involved, I'll get an attorney).

All this talk about using realtors or listing with flat fee services...I just made an account with Zillow and listed a house for free, and they said it will be on Trulia also.Am I missing something?

I really want this deal to work, but I feel I should get a realtor who can do an inspection for me (and represent me), but mostly my question here is, has anyone heard of a broker flat fee commission on top of a 2.4% commission?

Any preferred realtors, property managers, contractors for the area?

I do have a realtor trying to sell my house, and he has helped generously dealing with small issues with tenants.

I'd love to meet a realtor who is familiar with this market, as well as info on using an FHA loan to do so.
