Focus on properties that were built as a multi family properties:You really wanna avoid conversions unless they were redone fairly recently.

Filled out the app, I ran the stuff, offered to them, and they got me the deposit the same day.Told the nurse/family and they were beside themself.

Hi @Kevin Kim, your post did not mention if you asked the powers that be (lol) if you could keep the one pole, and simply have them install a separate meter for each building.On multi-family property, we have installed multi-meter boxes with external disconnects as per the electrical code in PA.  

Would you be targeting a single family home or a multi-family property.
