If I own a property free and clear with no payment...it seems the basis of the tenants argument would state that I should lease it out for zero dollars a month.The argument from the lender side would obviously be different...especially if the money was lent based on the fact that the rental income was apart of the loan approval process....like multi-family units.

Or does is it effective to simply state "I'm interested in purchasing your property as an investment", which clearly states your intentions -an investor purchasing an investment.Thoughts?

There is a big difference between a homeowner who, for whatever reason, is behind on their mortgage payments, and an investor who overleveraged (knowingly and admittingly) on multiple properties and now wants the easy way ot/bail out.I do not intend to have a back and forth with you here, but I believe you are clearly misunderstanding this situation.

I don't know if it's socialist but it is a clear example of the corruption we're in.This bailout is the equivalent of dumping taxpayer dollars into WorldCom to prop it back up, taking Bernie Ebbers out of prison and giving him a bonus, then blaming 401k's and tech stock investors for their scandalous greed.

Also keep in mind that no bank can transfer clear title to you unless they pay all taxes and fees from their taking title to delivery to you.
