Hope this helps a bit but the HML availability and pricing varies wildly across the market. 

Surprisingly, fees vary wildly, and I think there was a difference of $400 or $500 on the last 2 I compared.

That also lets them know they can not totally trash the place, and the maid is a little old lady they feel sorry for if they leave out too many cans and solo cups, so they pick up a little.
