Were thinking incline village, it is expensive but the area is the best. 

I don't think it could be anymore clear.Okay, let's assume that a disclaimer that clear and present isn't enough to keep the village idots from assuming it's an appraisal.

We have family way way up in Chesuncook village who have an Inn, cabins, sporting camp, camping sites, restaurant, and sporting company, and they actually do better in the winter than in the summer.

research the different neighborhoods within buffalo such as Allentown or Elmwood Village, Black Rock or University heights; All great places.  

I do not want to go the attorney route  expense and find my way very well with legal matters, reseaching titles, etc and have represented myself well in auto accident suit as plaintiff and in other matters. 

I was told by multiple seasoned people in the biz that it could rent for 1700 to 1800/mo because the schools are Troutman district and there are multiple businesses headquartered there, like Lowes and Auto Zone.

With all the market repricing its self and all the recent condo/ apartment development in East Village/ downtown I see little  appreciation in the downtown San Diego condo market  over the next 24 month.

The tenant's auto insurance was able to cover the whole expense but it took a while to get it fixed due to COVID and change in contractors.

They are all internet based and work through a system that auto records information, conversations, etc..
