I'm on BiggerPockets to learn and meet valuable people.

Maybe we'd get into a situation where those houses are valuable someday but it's a very blue collar area and the lots/houses are so teeny tiny there it would take forever before there's value in doing something in that immediate area. 

If you subsequently rent the house for 3+ years, you lose that valuable exclusion.

I ended up just writing it off.Another was a parking space in a fancy downtown condo building, which can be quite valuable.

I am still very glad we renovated it the way we did (very hands-on), as it was a tremendous experience, and we learned valuable lessons.

Never considered the tenant may have valuable feedback for me about area, property, and/or the property manager themselves.

I think being able to approach REI from the viewpoint of finance, business , entrepreneurship is perhaps the most valuable.

My plan is to hand a report to an interested investor in the following. 1st the contract for price2nd the comps on the property3rd Report with picturesWould this be a good packet for proposing a property, or should I just focus on the contract and comps, I feel like I can provide a lot more information that can be valuable with a report.
