Moreso than an MLS listing IMHO.So I would recommend you wait until the house is ready and then hire a professional photographer to take about 20-30 great pictures.It's worth the wait, you don't want to start your STR journey on the wrong foot.....

The cash flow is lower than an STR but you have easier management, no condo maintenance fees, and have greater flexibility on location.

If you are using the infinite banking concept for regular consumption purchase, you need a policy with steady return as you can not absorb the volatility, so a Whole Life is much more suited for that than an IUL.
