I stop by one of out rentals yesterday to see the plumber's work. i met the tenant smoking in the living room and heard a dog barking upstairs.We have a no smoking & pet policy in our lease.I told her both her not allowed in the units and she lied that the dog belongs to her mum and she took the dog out with her while I was there.

The one thing they all don't want is to be "sold", pressured, receive unrealistic or overenthusiastic projections, lied to, or bored to death with PowerPoint presentations and flashy graphics.Some people will want to spend a lot of time with you, asking a lot of questions, etc.

We used to go ride our bikes around the track or pick up bags and bags worth of pop cans to get the 10cent deposit.haha I was kidding about the Bentleys or Lambos, but I would be lying if I said I hadnt checked out a few 2008-10 m6s/650is for 20kish.I know a little about lemon law, had a buddy go through it, but I didnt even think about where they sell them.

Most 'seasoned' investors, builders, developers, etc. are more than happy to pass along whatever we can to those coming up in the business.Also, don't sell yourself short, though many of us may have years, dare I say decades on you as far as the business, there's things that your generation are uniquely adept at that comes easily to you, and that we have a harder time of keeping up with, technology!
