I found a fairly interesting way to structure my first deal and I am wondering what you think of it.I have under contract 60Linden street Pawtucket RI  MLS1123800.It was a forclosure listed at 169,000.

I'm less familiar with all the details to this, but if you structure this properly you can continue to defer some or all of the capital gains tax, and just collect interest payments from the buyer.

What is the best way to structure a deal with them if they will be fronting all of the money and I'll simply be the project manager/RE Agent on the deal?
