I am pretty strict on our policies and its because if you allow one tenant to get away with certain things then their neighbori will also try the same thing.

This is just my opinion, but I would look somwhere else that has lower tax, population is growing, the law is landlord friendly and the property tax is cheaper.

Remember the $800 is for EACH and EVERY LLC.My suggestion is CA LLC makes/applies foreign qualification (i call it domestication) to states of KS “and” IA.Getting an accountant out of state is not such a good move as they are MAY BE not that well versed on CA tax law.
