I will be updating my progression and what route I end up taking.

However, the courts are so backed up that they have made no progress.  

Her idea seems to be that you use the free cashflow from the ten houses to plow back into extra principal payments on House 1 so that you own it free and clear sooner (and then progressively move through the stack as time passes).

If I move the appraisal back, I will be charged to extend the interest rate lock and will have another month with a very large mortgage.My question is - do appraisers care if there are a few items still in progress?

I look forward to seeing people break away from their 9-5 (or in my case, recovery from a major surgery) for the first time, and I want to join those ranks before the end of this year with my first investment.

It also helps to organize and keep track of the project to see everything that needs to be done and I can get a high level view and track the progress of the project to completion.
