If you can't do better than a 10% return on real estate you would be better off investing the funds in another vehicle.

If you want it to be immediately available for a real estate partnership opportunity, maybe you put it in a safe vehicle that provides great liquidity.

This year no basketball goal, next year no vans, next year no boats, watercraft, or motorcycles, no American Flags, vehicles with lettering, etc.

Lately I've been thinking of selling my car, I have a 370z and although I do like my car it's becoming more and more impractical as my only vehicle.

And has travel convenience with the rail line.
