Scott Brown New Jersey construction / mechanics lien issue

GC was paid for the bulk of the work but the final draw was withheld due to problems with the new central air system (does not work now on the 2nd floor), some electrical issues with switches controlling outlets that should be independent and failure of the GC to obtain all the necessary permits from the town.

Essentially it means that it was a duplex prior to some restrictions put in place that would prevent it from being a duplex currently if built new.

Expensive appliances, they are, when compared to the standard USA dryers.But if these are the typical dryer found here in the USA, then the moisture is expelled through the exhaust vent; failure to properly vent these to the outside would lead to high moisture / humidity levels in the air within the unit - one of the things that could lead to mold developing.

That said - any way that you can add gaps between up and down is going to prevent sound from traveling down.

You don't need an LLC to operate on Air BnB.
