Telling people it makes a lot of money doesn't mean anything to a real investor.

That takes a lot of time, probably a couple hundred dollars, and there's a good chance they have no evidence to support their claim, whereas you can show pictures or video.Document everything, follow the law, and treat people honestly and fairly.

Found out we were being lied to throughout covid by one of their office people , Kayla, (because we couldn't get hold of Terrance, btw) about our tenant not paying rent.
