I used be in Sales and Marketing management in IBM and other high-tech companies - but the last 8 years helping Real Estate Professionals have been the most rewarding.I used to think the IT industry was fast paced - but real estate is much faster.

I wouldn't live there, but that's just not my pace.

I just got here to PNS and am looking to buy a house in the next 6 months near Milton/Pace when I head over there for Primary. 

Any creative thoughts for how to unstuck myself at a bit faster pace?

This approach snowballs slightly, but also allows me to grow at a faster pace.

Trust your own pace. 

There will be no sales pitching.Will have a more structured agenda this time around.

I've started reading the beginners guide, and have yet listen to a podcast (although  it is on my agenda).

Having a respected attorney with some relationships in pace will be important to helping to wade through a potential quagmire.
