Many people saved a lot on taxes utilizing those vehicles versus a Defined Contribution Plan like a 401(k).

Mobile homes on their own lots are starting to be taxed as real estate $1,000 and up.There are two types of occupants in a mobile home park.

An investor should actually work backwards from their Target ROI, to  determine what to offer on a rental property:Determine reasonable market rent, NOT the highest!

Read books like Set for Life by @Scott Trench and Start with Strategy by @Dave Meyer to get the mindset of starting on the table before going too deep into an asset class or something like flipping.
