I recently closed on a riverfront home with boat dock (Cumberland) which has been professionally furnished / decorated & ready for launch on Airbnb.

I’m happy to say that while we’re still learning, our home is performing well. we bought in March, cleaned and decorated etc and launched our rental program with Evolve in May (5/24/19).

It will be on public record, but most people do not see it.Lastly, there is one sure fire way to keep it all hidden, but you need a good lawyer :) Have the seller put the property into a newly formed LLC.

I am looking for suggestions of which type of properties I should be targeting to get my real estate investing career launched based on these goals and my current situation.

The existing balance is probably THE sole factor keeping home prices from launching into inter-stellar space.The ONLY way to dampen home prices is to dampen the demand, and that would (further) devastate the economy.... unless, of course, Yellowstone blows.
