As of today there is a minimal amount of properties if any available were I have purchased (Riverside, Corona, Upland, Ca).Timing was everything, from being the first cash offer in and getting my offer accepted.As well as watching a property go from pending to active then quickly getting my offer in and accepted.The benefit with their platform is you can track your interest list.The Cons are when properties just get listed they typically add a premium that buyer has to pay.If you get one accepted be prepared to deal with customer service in India from start to finish.

Some answers I've found are: It's conditioning (the way they were raised) - it's fear (I don't what to have to fix something when it breaks) - it's mobility (I don't want to be tied down) - it's ignorance (they don't realize that it's cheaper to buy and pay a mortgage than it is to rent).

I know that this is an old thread but thought that I would mention American Modern Insurance Group as well to insure mobile homes.We have stuck with them so far and have found their rates comparable to Foremost.

I had a really tough decision between Retirement by Jeff Brown who I have admired for years and the Mobile Homes by John Fedro which I just recently got more interested in.

(SFH, multi units, condos, town homes)However, I do not know how to analyze & assess a mobile home's value.

I am considering branching out into purchasing mobile homes for a buy and hold strategy.

I'm attempting purchase a Mobile Home Park in MO which includes some SFR in the deal.
