I clocked 12 minutes the last time I attended an in person closing in houston (I normally have them email docs, send to mobile notary, and sign where ever I'm at)Anyway. 12 minutes from my parking my car to getting back in.

There is a mobile app to allow me to check on my books. 

They make an eslometric coating used alot in mobile homes and such things. 

@Joshua Dorkin can you comment on any foreseeable updates to the mobile app?

I'd like to get any recommendations on apps out there for tracking tenants rents deposited ect.

I'm just brainstorming, but what about this: flatten everything, build it into a mobile home park for the time being (which sounds like an improvement, easy rents), then once the area is in gentrification you can either not renew leases, pull the mohos, and build what you like or sell to a developer.Of course putting in a park will take a little development, but it sounds like you are already up for that?

I wouldn't be invading their space or privacy in any way nor actually watching the thermostat from my phone neurotically, but could easily switch to the app once in a while to check.
