TX doesn't yet have a shelter-in-place order, but it's probably coming.As the saying goes, focus on what you can control.I wouldn't sweat the potential rate lock expiration; rates are going to stay low for a while.So far both the lender and title seem to indicate they can handle remote work at least on my buying side.
