@Matt Gragg This was just my guesstimate and what they had told me was 6 months but I was over inflating for my own mental process.Things that need to be done (major)-Add 1200 sq ft in rear of house and connect upstairs to down stairs.

I work in mental health and hoping to become a PMHNP in the future.Living close to the coast (I only mentioned coast because the hospital I work at is close by the coast) would definitely be ideal, especially since driving after a shift, I doze off very easily while driving... even if I nap in the car before hand.
