Also street parking is pretty bad, you'd likely have to find a lot to pay for parking if you have extra cars4) Home function pt 2: The home has 3 units but only 2 meters and one unit in the backyard is not permitted by the city. 5) Main Unit: It's 5bd/2ba and newly updated but I would consider opening up the kitchen to the living room so there is a larger open space which would require losing one room (estimate $20k reno)Positives:The home is newly renovated in a walkable urban area close to bars and restaurants with multiple high prices condos in the area.

Back in late may 2020 my wife and I acquired one vacation rental around Orlando area that I used to do rental arbitrage (airbnb) and we about to acquire one property in federal hills Baltimore (we live here in fed hills) to househack or just live for 1 year, acquire another property and rent out the previous unit.Baltimore has a lot of different options to invest in, the first thing you need to know what kinda of property are you looking forward to invest, rowhome, condo (I personally don't like condos in Baltimore), what kinda of neighborhood are you willing to invest as well.I personally like a lot of federal hills, it has a lot to offer.Let me know how can I help you,

They are seldom branded as a demolition contractor, but more frequently as a Haul Off company.For full-scale residential and commercial demolition (think scraping a lot to prepare for new construction) you'll be best of talking to any builder you see building an an old neighborhood.
