I can not recomend anyone because it will be promoting me or someone in our area.

It is hard to promote the lower offer with an escalation clause when a Seller is turned off by it.  

In the viewing of the property it was me, the seller, and the promoter (mediator of the deal who takes a commission for making the deal happen) of the property.

I also question some of the gurus and real estate self promoters. 

The regulations are also intended to:  17-15-0102-A recognize the interests of landowners in continuing to use their property for uses and activities that were lawfully established;  17-15-0102-B promote maintenance, reuse and rehabilitation of existing buildings; and  17-15-0102-C place reasonable limits on nonconformities that have the potential to adversely affect surrounding properties or the community as a whole.  17-15-0103 Authority to Continue.

They are trying to promote home ownership by offering these properties to owner occupants first. 

I don't want to self promote but I work with a lot of buyers and sellers looking to finance mobile homes.

If not, you are probably overpriced or not offering a large enough co-broker fee to entice them.

Be your own best promoter.

The devil is in the nitty gritty details.With no intention at self-promotion, an operator who wants to engage in seller finance really has only two options: To engage a consulting firm that knows what they are doing;To engage a law firm that specializes in regulatory law as it relates to finance.To the best of my knowledge, there is only one such consulting firm that specializes in the chattel finance of manufactured homes, and there are only six law firms with the right qualifications to help without having to do major research.
