Never looked into Cincy for investments but My brother used to live there and I'm born and raised in chicagoland, These are two very different lifestyles, I would suggest he spends a week in an airbnb and see which he enjoys more.

I"m really enjoying the passive lifestyle of the NNN class, in fact I'm so bored that I'm looking at flipping a house just to keep me busy!  

@John UnderwoodI guess that would be more than a lifestyle buy and it could cost you 10 times more so it's a bit of a different proposition!

Though if you're successful at it you can make a lot of money, I've met people with Yachts, and very comfortable lifestyles who came from modest backgrounds.Good Luck!
