Since then there has been 5 or 6 sales in the neighborhood - I like to think I caused a domino effect by taking the long DOM off the street and painting the exterior and landscaping.Dan - I am just getting started at a young 52.

Don't beat yourself up about it and don't waste energy that could be put to productive use elsewhere.

I don't think Americans realize the seriousness of this defeat-- and the permanent effect it will have.

I have spent too much money learning this investing stuff to let it go to waste any longer!

It seems to me that there are soo many deals out there that it may be a waste fo time to take over the current mortgages.

We have so many other issues that we need to fight for, and this just seems like a waste of resources that could be used for much more important issues.

The effect to all of us remaining was devastating.

I think a 5 page rental application for a $600 rental is ridiculous and a big waste of time for the landlord.
