Community is building resort style pool, gym and yoga center, hike and bike trails, dog park - all included in HOA fees which is not high.

Guest contacts me at 8 pm on check in day saying son is sick and taken to urgent care and they could not travel.

this is a good question.. many of the 4 plex's in Vegas tend to be in pretty rough locations.some will say they are dogs others like them.. so I think it depends on the properties themselves.

The current tenants have three hound dogs, all “service animals” of course.

The dog ate up and down the side of the patio door.

I cannot express enough the urgent need for agencies on commission to be replaced with fee only services by professionals that have incentive to care.

also Gordon keep in mind the average SIDRA has less than 200k in it.. so if your going after SIDRA money its going to be slow drip the 50 to 100k at a time.which is dog tough to scale.
